If you are new to Pilates, we recommend you schedule an introductory session, but if jumping right into a class setting is more your style, we are okay with that, too.
All classes are 50 minutes long and suitable for all levels. We use top of the line Balanced Body studio reformers with tower attachments and all the bells and whistles. Every teacher at The Workshop holds an internationally recognized 450hr Comprehensive Certification, and our small class sizes keep things personal.

Move free + feel good
Expect to work through all the planes of movement in this class with the use of various pieces of equipment and props. At the end of class we will slow it down with our signature stretch series.
You will get your full body fix as we move you from station-to-station and on different pieces of Pilates equipment in this challenging group class. We will use different props such as the BOSU ball, resistance bands and heavier weights.
We will amp up your Pilates practice by incorporating the jumpboard, HIIT, and other cardio exercises throughout class.

This class will start by gently waking up muscles and then lengthening them out with yoga flows and deep stretches on the reformer. MELT classes will be low lit and gentle, and you can expect to spend a lot of time in footloops.

Memberships come with perks! Members receive discounts on selected studio retail items, workshops, and packages. Members can also take advantage of priority scheduling and sign up for classes on the 15th of every month before the schedule opens to the public.
Memberships require a 3-month commitment and can be canceled any time after that.
